Description

  • Manage active Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Microsoft Ads campaigns for a portfolio of real estate clients and own performance outcomes.
  • Monitor and optimize key campaign metrics, including conversion rate, cost per conversion, cost per lead, search impression share, and ROAS.
  • Develop campaign strategies aligned to client market conditions, business goals, and budget constraints.
  • Translate campaign performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and the internal Ads team to ensure changes are communicated, scoped, and executed correctly.
  • Work with Google Customer Support to maintain account health and submit appeals for suspended accounts when needed.
  • Act as the primary relationship owner for approximately 200 active client accounts across paid media channels.
  • Conduct regular client calls for strategic reviews, campaign check-ins, and issue resolution.
  • Identify clients at risk of cancellation and take proactive steps to improve retention.
  • Onboard new clients through a structured process that accelerates time to first meaningful results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid media campaign management experience at an agency or in-house role managing multiple client accounts.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Microsoft Ads, including campaign builds, optimization, and reporting.
  • Strong command of performance metrics such as conversion rate, cost per conversion, cost per lead, ROAS, search impression share, and quality score.
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience in customer success or account management within a SaaS or digital services environment.
  • Experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Real estate industry knowledge is a meaningful differentiator.
  • Strong analytical ability to diagnose underperforming campaigns and explain next steps in plain language.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex data into client-friendly language.
  • Ability to stay calm and effective during client escalations and difficult conversations.
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and self-directed in a fully remote environment.
