Description

  • Own end-to-end growth across SEO/AEO, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Build and maintain a growth model that connects traffic, activation, conversion, and revenue.
  • Identify and execute quarterly growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, and conversion.
  • Lead technical SEO, content SEO, and AEO, including bringing outsourced SEO back in-house.
  • Develop topic clusters, landing pages, and programmatic SEO initiatives.
  • Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across search, paid social, review sites, and retargeting.
  • Manage budgets, CAC, ROAS, and paid campaign performance with commercial discipline.
  • Design and run CRO experiments to improve trial-to-paid conversion and onboarding performance.
  • Own growth reporting and dashboards, turning data into weekly insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and founders on experiments, messaging, and pipeline optimisation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Growth roles within B2B SaaS, ideally product-led or hybrid PLG/sales-assisted environments.
  • Direct ownership of acquisition funnels from traffic to activation to revenue.
  • Hands-on experience running SEO and paid acquisition simultaneously, with accountability for CAC and pipeline impact.
  • Proven track record in technical SEO/AEO, content-led SEO/AEO, landing pages, and programmatic SEO.
  • Strong paid media experience with Google Search and LinkedIn Ads, including campaign optimisation, keyword strategy, budget ownership, creative testing, conversion tracking, and ROAS/payback analysis.
  • Experience running CRO programs, including A/B testing landing pages and signup flows and improving trial activation and trial-to-paid conversion.
  • Comfort building growth models and forecasts for LTV, CAC, payback, and funnel conversion.
  • Strong analytical skills with tools such as Amplitude, Segment, GA4, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Ability to analyse customer quality and segment performance, not just channel conversion rates.
  • Active daily user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity for research, analysis, copy, experimentation, and workflow design.
  • Practical understanding of how LLMs surface products and content.
  • Experience in PLG environments is a bonus, but not required.
  • Experience with scheduling, project management, or professional services software is a bonus, but not required.
  • Exposure to product analytics or activation optimisation is a bonus, but not required.

  • Base salary of £80k-£100k with OTE of £96k-£120k.
  • Performance-related bonus of up to 20% of salary.
