Description

  • Build, grow, and expand client relationships across all levels and functional areas, including executive stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account success plans aligned to customer goals and outcomes.
  • Conduct regular success reviews with key decision makers to increase adoption and value from PointClickCare solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customers and prioritize requests that support retention, adoption, and expansion.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities in partnership with the Account Executive.
  • Provide early warning signals, turnaround strategies, and save plans for at-risk accounts to reduce churn.
  • Serve as an escalation point to manage customer expectations and resolve issues.
  • Communicate outcomes, objectives, and customer status clearly through written documentation and stakeholder updates.
  • Meet and exceed performance KPIs while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Customer Success role managing a book of business in the healthcare SaaS space.
  • Strong customer orientation focused on delivering customer outcomes.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain relationships in fast-paced environments.
  • Track record of delivering results and growing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership ability and collaborative working style.
  • Experience using a CRM tool such as Salesforce and/or Gainsight.
  • Preferred: EHR experience.
  • Preferred: Long-term post-acute care domain knowledge.
  • Preferred: Experience presenting to and building relationships with executives.
