Description

  • Own and drive the global demand generation strategy to grow pipeline and accelerate revenue across all segments.
  • Build and lead a high-performing demand generation team across digital marketing, content, field events, paid media, SEO/SEM, and marketing operations.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align on pipeline targets, campaign priorities, and account-based marketing programs.
  • Define and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across email, paid social, content syndication, webinars, and events.
  • Develop and scale an ABM motion for strategic enterprise accounts with personalized programs.
  • Own the marketing technology stack and ensure strong data hygiene, attribution, and reporting.
  • Build and present pipeline and ROI reporting to the CMO and executive team, with accountability for MQL to Closed-Won metrics.
  • Manage the demand generation budget and optimize spend across channels to maximize pipeline contribution.
  • Champion Sidetrade’s brand across demand programs, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across markets.
  • Stay current on B2B SaaS demand generation trends and bring new ideas and best practices to the team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience.
  • At least 3 years leading a demand generation function at a senior level.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling pipeline in a high-growth SaaS environment with measurable revenue impact.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel demand generation, including paid media, SEO/SEM, email nurture, content marketing, webinars, and field events.
  • Strong ABM experience, ideally across enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Marketo or HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, and intent/ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and comfort building dashboards and interpreting funnel metrics.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a coaching-oriented approach.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Sales and SDR/BDR teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience marketing AI, fintech, or Order-to-Cash / ERP solutions is a strong advantage.
