Description

  • Design and implement structured onboarding, training, and development programs that reduce ramp time and improve new hire productivity.
  • Lead and scale global enablement efforts across sales, merchant success, and other revenue-driving teams.
  • Develop a unified enablement strategy that helps teams sell smarter, ramp faster, and exceed performance goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, revenue operations, people operations, and sales leadership to build and execute enablement programs.
  • Create a global enablement approach that balances regional and segment-specific needs with consistency and scalability.
  • Introduce and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and tools to improve productivity and win rates.
  • Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics such as ramp time, quota attainment, close rates, deal size, and win rates.
  • Lead a global enablement team and coach direct reports while fostering continuous learning.
  • Develop coaching frameworks with sales leaders to improve rep performance and accelerate quota attainment.
  • Improve sales messaging, playbooks, and tools to remove productivity barriers and increase selling time.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or go-to-market strategy.
  • Deep knowledge of modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPIC, Challenger, and SPIN Selling.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing enablement programs at scale.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align enablement goals to company-level OKRs.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with enablement and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Seismic, Highspot, and Gong.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of improving sales metrics through enablement programs.
  • Experience developing and implementing effective sales coaching frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify productivity gaps and build targeted solutions.

  • Targeted salary of $205,000 with a full base pay range of $168,028 to $280,046.
