Description

  • Build and manage a new business pipeline in HubSpot while maintaining deal hygiene and accurate forecasting.
  • Lead consultative discovery with IT, security, and procurement buyers to uncover migration and governance pain points.
  • Develop business cases that stand up to scrutiny from multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • Drive complex sales cycles by building relationships across multiple levels of the customer organization.
  • Deliver tailored demos and proposals with clear ROI tied to each prospect’s environment.
  • Use AI tools throughout the sales cycle for qualification, deal analysis, and call preparation.
  • Collaborate with SDR, partner, and marketing teams to generate pipeline and strengthen the Migrate + Protect narrative.
  • Share learnings with the team and help improve the sales playbook.
  • Work closely with SDRs, partner teams, and AE peers to review deals and learn from wins and losses.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of hitting quota.
  • Strong consultative selling ability, including asking effective questions and uncovering customer pain.
  • Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving IT, security, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Strong CRM discipline, with HubSpot preferred, plus solid pipeline management and forecasting habits.
  • Daily fluency using AI tools in the sales workflow for qualification, deal analysis, and call prep.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or SharePoint environments, or broader experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, is a bonus.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment where you helped shape the playbook is a bonus.

  • Base salary of $75k to $90k.
  • On-target earnings of $125k to $150k with a 60% base / 40% variable pay mix.
