Description

  • Own optimization of digital customer journeys across multiple brands, products, and services.
  • Improve landing page conversion rates and overall funnel performance.
  • Reduce funnel abandonment, increase lead quality, and improve sales conversion.
  • Enhance onboarding experiences and strengthen customer retention.
  • Run conversion rate optimization activities such as A/B testing, heatmap analysis, session recordings, and copy testing.
  • Analyze customer behavior and use data to identify friction points and opportunities.
  • Leverage AI to support analysis, personalization, reporting, experimentation, and workflow automation.
  • Work across GoHighLevel, WordPress, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and automation platforms.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Design, Copywriting, Operations, AI Engineering, and Leadership.
  • Test continuously, measure results, document findings, and propose evidence-based improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Sales Funnel Optimization, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Operations.
  • Demonstrated experience improving landing page and funnel conversion rates.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of customer psychology and buying behavior.
  • Experience interpreting analytics and making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience using AI for customer journey analysis, funnel optimization, landing page improvements, copy optimization, marketing analytics, experiment design, personalization, workflow automation, reporting, and customer segmentation is highly regarded.
  • Experience with ChatGPT and modern AI productivity tools is expected.
  • Preferred experience with GoHighLevel, WordPress, Google Analytics, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, marketing automation, email marketing, SaaS, HealthTech, Education, AI products, A/B testing platforms, webinar funnels, and CRM implementation.
