Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned partners and manage onboarding, delivery milestones, and ongoing KPI tracking.
  • Draft and manage MOUs, NDAs, SOWs, renewal cadences, and an audit-ready contract register using AI-assisted documentation.
  • Collaborate with Finance on billing and collections and with Product/Execution teams on delivery, escalating risks proactively.
  • Run quarterly business reviews, executive check-ins, and partner enablement or training as needed.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and support pricing proposals and negotiations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or partnerships with demonstrable retention and renewal outcomes.
  • Strong commercial instincts with experience in renewals, billing coordination, and collections workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and contract registers.
  • Experience in SaaS, digital health, or enterprise partnerships is preferred.
  • Familiarity with NRR forecasting and partner enablement programs is preferred.
  • Ability to work as an independent contractor.
  • Availability to start ASAP and complete the prescreening and interview process quickly.

Benefits

  • Base fee of USD $750 - $1,000 per month, depending on experience.
  • Performance incentives, including an annual bonus for KPI over-performance.
  • Payment in USD via bank direct deposit.
  • Monthly invoicing as a contractor.
