Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined set of distributor partners.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with distributor owners, sales reps, and install teams.
  • Spend time in the field with distributor teams to understand how they sell and install.
  • Act as the quarterback for distributor needs across sales, hardware, and support.
  • Grow hardware, card, payments, and software revenue through distributor partners.
  • Support distributors at trade shows, open houses, and partner events.
  • Explain pricing, discount structures, and channel programs to distributors.
  • Support deal strategy, quoting, and closing when needed.
  • Forecast distributor pipeline and bookings accurately.
  • Train distributor sales teams on Cents and Laundroworks products remotely and in person.
  • Roll out new products, programs, and incentives to the channel.
  • Identify friction points and work cross-functionally to remove them.
  • Bring distributor feedback back to Product, Ops, and Leadership.
  • Track performance against KPIs such as bookings, attach rates, activation, and growth.
  • Maintain clean CRM data, distributor account plans, and proactive risk management.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience in sales, channel sales, or strategic account management.
  • Experience working with distributors, resellers, or indirect sales channels.
  • Comfort managing complex, multi-threaded relationships.
  • Willingness to spend meaningful time in the field and build relationships in person.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and data-driven approach.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to be firm, fair, and clear.
  • Grit, judgment, and ownership.
  • Laundry industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Regular travel during spring and fall industry show seasons is expected.
  • Experience attending trade shows, distributor open houses, and partner events is preferred.
