Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts while ensuring high client satisfaction and meeting annual revenue targets.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as a strategic partner to support client business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Gather client feedback and market intelligence to inform product development and commercial strategy.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records with clear visibility into pipeline, forecasts, and account activity.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to support client success.
  • Represent Kpler with professionalism, credibility, and a consultative approach.
  • Contribute to broader commercial initiatives that support regional growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development selling SaaS, data, or technology solutions.
  • Experience in Energy, Commodities, Financial Markets, or related sectors is strongly preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a long-term mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
