Description

  • Generate and manage personal leads across the sales funnel from outreach through close and handover.
  • Use AI-powered outreach, personalization, and scheduling to accelerate pipeline development.
  • Conduct discovery calls and qualify opportunities.
  • Develop proposals and present offers to prospects.
  • Negotiate deal terms and close contracts.
  • Ensure a smooth handover to onboarding and relationship teams after sale completion.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasts.
  • Work across multiple product lines and industries as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in end-to-end sales with consistent closing performance.
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted outreach and CRM-driven selling.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a full-cycle sales pipeline independently.
  • Resilient and self-motivated work style.
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience in healthtech, wellness, or enterprise SaaS sales is preferred.
  • Previous experience with channel/partner models or higher-ticket consultative sales is preferred.

Benefits

  • Month 1–3 commission-based compensation with 10% commission on all products and services.
  • Fast-start bonus structure that increases commission to 20% during months 1–3.
  • Month 4+ base salary of USD $500–$1,000 per month, based on experience and results.
  • Standard commission of 10% plus bonuses from month 4 onward.
  • Payment in USD via bank direct deposit with monthly invoicing.
  • Independent contractor status.
  • Paid time off may be available for strong performance and exceeding KPIs.
