Description

  • Source outstanding candidates globally and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes and candidate pipelines.
  • Manage ATS workflows, interview scheduling, interview packs, recruitment documentation, and hiring administration.
  • Support onboarding and maintain HR documentation across people operations.
  • Use AI to improve sourcing, screening, interview preparation, communication, documentation, reporting, QA, and workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, hiring managers, operations, marketing, technical teams, and department leaders.
  • Improve hiring quality, reduce time-to-hire, and strengthen the candidate experience.
  • Build scalable recruitment systems and continuously improve HR and people operations.
  • Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, knowledge management, and process improvement.
  • Track recruitment KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or People Operations.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational capability and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience using AI for sourcing, screening, interview preparation, communication, documentation, reporting, QA, SOP development, and workflow optimization is highly regarded.
  • Experience with ChatGPT and modern AI productivity platforms is expected.
  • Experience with Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, GoHighLevel, or ClickUp is highly regarded.
  • Background in global recruitment, executive recruitment, technology recruitment, AI recruitment, employer branding, HR operations, remote workforce management, performance management, or onboarding is highly regarded.
