Description

  • Lead in-person sales presentations with private practices across the territory and educate practice staff on Seven Starling’s mission, value proposition, and referral process.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with women’s health providers and practice champions to support ongoing referrals.
  • Onboard new practice referral partners by coordinating in-office marketing materials, EMR or other integrations, and follow-up actions across teams.
  • Refine the territory sales approach based on provider feedback, market trends, practice needs, and new product or service offerings.
  • Own account management for the territory and check in periodically to ensure partner needs are met and value is maintained.
  • Share market insights, risks, and opportunities with the Growth team to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for the territory and use them to track progress and target outreach.
  • Proactively monitor territory performance against KPIs and identify opportunities to improve results and meet sales goals.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in healthcare, ideally with in-clinic sales.
  • 1-2 years of experience at a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect across all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel weekly, 2-4 days per week for 3 out of 4 weeks per month, to OBGYN practices across the regional territory.
  • Must live near a major airport, preferably in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania.
  • Creative, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
