Description

  • Own and grow a $15–20M portfolio of life sciences client accounts, with accountability for revenue growth, executive relationships, delivery success, and client satisfaction.
  • Partner with Business Development to expand accounts and pursue new opportunities aligned with Bounteous’ digital transformation offerings.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Fortune 100 C-suite leaders on enterprise transformation and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Lead multi-year account strategies and executive business reviews across client priorities, Bounteous business units, and delivery leadership.
  • Oversee commercial and operational performance, including pipeline management, forecasting, financial performance, margin protection, risk mitigation, and compliance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across consulting, engineering, delivery, and product leadership to execute complex enterprise transformation programs.
  • Ensure scalable, client-centric delivery by owning solution estimates, SOW development, resource planning, and commercial governance.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams while representing the Health business unit with clients, partners, and industry forums.
  • Promote and enforce information security practices, including acceptable use, malware protection, password security, and data protection standards.
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks and ensure sensitive data is handled in compliance with privacy and protection requirements.

Requirements

  • 14+ years of consulting, client service, or account leadership experience in healthcare or life sciences.
  • 10+ years leading technology-enabled business transformation initiatives across pharmaceutical, biotech, payer, or healthcare enterprises.
  • Deep expertise in life sciences commercialization processes, including pricing, rebates, contracting, and distribution models.
  • Experience delivering AI-enabled and digital transformation initiatives using modern data platforms and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Anthropic.
  • Familiarity with life sciences commercial platforms supporting rebate adjudication, pricing, contracting, or chargeback processes.
  • Proven success managing large client portfolios and driving revenue growth in consulting, digital transformation, or professional services environments.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead strategic transformation discussions.
  • Experience guiding cross-functional consulting, engineering, and delivery teams in complex enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent consulting experience.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50–75% based on client needs.
  • Texas location preference, with Dallas or Houston preferred; national candidates considered.

Benefits

  • $180,000 - $240,000 annual salary range.
