Description

  • Lead in-person sales presentations with private practices across the territory and educate clinic staff on the company’s mission, value proposition, and referral process.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with women’s health providers and practice champions to support ongoing referral partnerships.
  • Onboard new practices as referral partners by coordinating in-office marketing materials, EMR or other integrations, and cross-functional follow-up.
  • Refine the territory sales approach based on market feedback, provider needs, industry trends, and new product or service offerings.
  • Own account management for the territory and check in periodically to ensure practice needs are met and referral relationships remain active.
  • Share market insights, risks, and opportunities with the Growth team to inform strategy and market adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to track progress, next steps, and targeted outreach.
  • Track territory performance against KPIs and identify opportunities to improve results and meet sales goals.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in healthcare, ideally with in-clinic sales.
  • 1-2 years of experience at a fast-growth startup.
  • Willingness to travel weekly, about 2-4 days a week for 3 out of 4 weeks per month, across the regional territory.
  • Ability to live near a major airport, preferably in Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., or North Carolina.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Creative, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Preferred experience building authentic relationships with healthcare professionals.
