Description

  • Migrate customer data through the onboarding lifecycle and initiate data entry for new customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the Agworld platform.
  • Guide customers through product features, best practices, and solution steps.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the Customer Success Team with detailed notes and logs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Team on complex customer needs and feature requests.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process or product improvements with internal teams.
  • Maintain expertise across core and advanced Agworld product features.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or SaaS customer support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Ag Business, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience supporting growers, agronomic consultants, or farm managers using technology solutions.
  • Exposure to digital farm management systems (FMIS) or SaaS platforms.
  • Understanding of agronomic operations, seasonal crop planning, and grower workflows is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with diligent note-taking skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems such as Salesforce and Jira.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and migrate it into a platform.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and work independently or cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on experience with on-farm digital workflows is nice to have.
  • Background in agriculture or agronomy environments is nice to have.
  • Remote home-office work requires a reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
  • This is a contract role through December 2026, limited to 20 hours per week.
