Description

  • Qualify 600+ inbound leads annually by asking targeted questions, getting to the truth quickly, and disqualifying poor-fit opportunities when appropriate.
  • Run discovery calls with Fortune 500 marketing teams to assess business challenges, channel mix, digital maturity, and success criteria.
  • Collaborate with divisional experts in SEO, Paid Media, Analytics, and Creative to build integrated, data-informed growth strategies.
  • Lead pitch presentations and proposal development for prospects up to the C-suite.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with legal support when deals are ready to close.
  • Manage the process from first contact through client kick-off and ensure new partners are a values and capability fit.
  • Deliver a seamless handoff to account teams so new client relationships start smoothly.
  • Contribute to Seer’s blog, speak at industry events, and participate in professional communities to support brand visibility and organic business development.
  • Track pipeline performance metrics such as close rate, average deal size, and time-to-close.
  • Share market intelligence and lead conversion insights with the team to improve qualification and pitch strategy.

Requirements

  • Practitioner experience in digital marketing.
  • Understanding of how SEO, paid media, analytics, and other channels work together to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience earning trust with clients or stakeholders in high-stakes conversations.
  • Experience presenting strategy to senior decision-makers such as VPs or CMOs.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a high-volume workload with structure and discipline.
  • Data-driven approach to qualifying opportunities and building a case with numbers.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, or strategy development.
  • Background in Client Engagement, Account Management, or a client-facing strategy role with responsibility for organic account growth (preferred).
  • Experience in a digital agency environment and contributing to new-client pitches (preferred).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in more than one digital marketing discipline, such as SEO and Paid or Paid and Analytics (preferred).
  • Must be based in the US and able to work continental US-based hours.
