Description

  • Lead data science and Data & AI teams and multidisciplinary delivery programs.
  • Define best practices across the applied data science and Data for AI lifecycle.
  • Architect data science frameworks, AI platforms, governance, metadata, and data services.
  • Translate business challenges into predictive modeling, optimization, and analytical solutions.
  • Design, develop, deploy, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
  • Engineer prompts for securely hosted large language models and leverage LLM capabilities.
  • Apply statistical analysis, experimentation, exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and dataset preparation.
  • Implement MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, retraining, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to scale cloud datasets and deliver client solutions.
  • Communicate insights through visualization and storytelling and support discovery, solution design, and client workshops.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in data-oriented enterprise technology delivery or architecture.
  • 5 years of experience as a senior data scientist or engineer delivering data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions.
  • 2 years of experience with GCP data technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, production deployments, and end-to-end ML lifecycles.
  • Experience with model validation, performance tuning, SQL, and large datasets.
  • Experience designing and engineering AI metadata services and applying data techniques including ETL, curation, data quality, cataloguing, lineage, and package deployment.
  • Proven ability to lead data teams from design through iterative delivery and team management.
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements and processes.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills, including communication with C-level audiences.
  • Preferred: experience with Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, regulated industries, multi-cloud platforms, client workshops, pre-sales, or relevant certifications.
  • Experience with tools including GCP and Azure data services, BigQuery, Vertex AI, AzureML, Databricks, Python, SQL, Looker, Power BI, CI/CD, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
