Description

  • Build and improve AI-powered workflows and agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
  • Develop Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, custom objects, permissions, APIs, and related platform tools.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions using object-oriented programming principles.
  • Build integrations and automations across Salesforce and the GTM stack using Workato and Zapier.
  • Use Claude Code and other AI development tools to prototype, build, test, and troubleshoot solutions.
  • Connect systems and data through APIs, webhooks, middleware, and native integrations.
  • Partner with GTM teams to identify process bottlenecks and translate recurring pain points into technical solutions.
  • Implement enrichment and signal-detection tooling, including Clay or similar platforms.
  • Design and manage signal-based and buyer-trigger analytics, including opportunity scoring and routing.
  • Develop and manage data models and scoring layers for propensity, ICP attribution, lead scoring, and account scoring.
  • Support AI use cases across prospecting, account research, pipeline management, quoting, customer success, support, renewals, and internal knowledge.
  • Test, monitor, and troubleshoot agents, automations, integrations, permissions, and data to ensure reliability and security.
  • Document solutions and participate in sprint planning, technical design, releases, testing, and post-launch iteration.
  • Measure the impact of solutions on adoption, efficiency, data quality, and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Salesforce, Business Systems, Revenue Operations Systems, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce experience, including Flow, data modeling, permissions, APIs, automation, and production support.
  • Proven development experience with object-oriented programming concepts such as classes, inheritance, and modular design.
  • Experience building or configuring solutions with Salesforce Agentforce.
  • Hands-on experience building automations and integrations in Workato and Zapier.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other business systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
  • Working knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, authentication, data mapping, and integration troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Apex, Python, JavaScript, or another object-oriented language used to extend low-code platforms.
  • Understanding of how Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM teams operate.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through ambiguous requirements.
  • Clear communication and documentation skills.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, or Slack.
  • Preferred experience with Claude Code or another AI-assisted development environment.
  • Preferred familiarity with Model Context Protocol, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, or semantic search.
  • Preferred experience with Git, Gearset, Salesforce CLI, Postman, or similar development and release tools.
  • Preferred experience with GTM platforms such as Clay, LeanData, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or Clari.
  • Preferred experience with signal-based selling, buyer-intent data, enrichment, opportunity scoring, or propensity modeling.
  • Preferred Salesforce certifications related to platform development, Agentforce, or Data Cloud.
  • Comfort learning new technologies and choosing the right approach for the problem.
