Description

  • Recruit, coach, and develop a global team of Defence & Intelligence Pre-Sales Solution Architects.
  • Enable sales teams and partners to win new defense programs and expand existing accounts.
  • Design solutions using remote sensing, imagery analytics, data architecture, and ISR workflows.
  • Lead customer engagements, workshops, pilots, and technical demonstrations for defense stakeholders.
  • Partner with Professional Services, Program Management, and Customer Success to assess solutions and support operational delivery.
  • Provide security requirements and intelligence use cases to Product and Marketing to influence the roadmap.
  • Help shape global Pre-Sales and Services strategy and execution.
  • Build relationships with defense executives, military leaders, procurement authorities, prime contractors, and systems integrators.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience and 6+ years leading or supervising technical sales or solution architecture teams.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in a Defence & Intelligence environment.
  • Active security clearance or eligibility for suitable clearance to engage military command levels.
  • Understanding of military planning, intelligence workflows, and commercial Earth Observation data in defense decision-making.
  • Experience with government sales cycles, RFP/RFI processes, and defense contracting frameworks.
  • Fluency in geospatial architectures, cloud and secure deployments, API integrations, and complex data pipelines.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into strategic value for senior defense and procurement stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Military, veteran, or intelligence experience preferred.
  • Experience with Challenger Sales, MEDDPICC, AI/ML geospatial capabilities, or co-selling with defense primes and systems integrators preferred.
