Description

  • Run and improve a modern, containerized service-oriented architecture using industry-leading development practices.
  • Ship code to production multiple times per day.
  • Solve complex performance and scalability problems across the ticketing platform.
  • Build performant, beautiful, and inclusive user interfaces that improve the user experience and brand.
  • Evaluate new technologies and help evolve the software stack.
  • Use AI tooling to accelerate product development while maintaining technical and product standards.
  • Collaborate across teams and disciplines to build the best product in the industry.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building business-critical software in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience solving complex technical challenges in production systems.
  • Interest in custom solutions for high-traffic onsales, interactive venue maps, inventory tracking, or event matching.
  • Strong software craftsmanship and high standards for code quality.
  • Product mindset with attention to user experience and business impact.
  • Commitment to teamwork, mentoring, and learning from diverse colleagues.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Python, FastAPI, Go, C#/.NET Core, Postgres, Memcached, Redis, Elasticsearch, AWS, Kubernetes, Argo, GitLab, Datadog, React, TypeScript, Swift, or Kotlin is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code is preferred.
  • Compensation is based on skills, years of experience, certifications, and location.

  • Salary range of $121,000 to $175,000 USD.
