Description

  • Ensure customers go live successfully and are satisfied with the results of the product.
  • Understand customer organizations, including key roles and priorities, and help resolve misalignments.
  • Craft internal and external narratives that define what customers need to be successful.
  • Request, prioritize, and manage engineering time for important customer work.
  • Resolve lower-priority requests with minimal engineering involvement.
  • Field and troubleshoot customer support requests.
  • Create and update customer documentation and training materials.
  • Identify and improve the integration process to make it more robust and customer-friendly.
  • Work closely with a cross-functional technology team, including data scientists, algorithm experts, and engineers.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience working directly with customers and large organizations in customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with APIs and prior experience interacting with them.
  • Strong ability to quickly understand organizational roles and prioritize the people most important to a task.
  • Ability to build clear narratives that win support for your ideas.
  • Ability to persuade and motivate others to take the right action.
  • Enjoys interacting with customers and solving new problems daily.
  • Ability and desire to learn quickly, think outside the box, and develop solutions to problems.
  • Based in Eastern Europe.
  • Multilingual ability is a strong advantage.
