Description

  • Oversee the customer lifecycle to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention across an assigned enterprise portfolio.
  • Project manage customer onboarding through successful deployment by coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align service delivery with customer needs.
  • Identify, manage, and close renewals and expansion opportunities within the book of business.
  • Own commercial activities including opportunity management and contract workflows.
  • Understand customer pain points, initiatives, and business goals, and recommend how Signifyd can support them.
  • Advise end users on best practices for product usage based on platform knowledge.
  • Develop customer collateral and lead regular business reviews with executive teams.
  • Resolve account issues quickly by coordinating resources across teams.
  • Provide executive-level oversight and customer communication.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to turn successful customers into advocates.
  • Serve as a role model by embodying Signifyd values.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or Account Management.
  • Experience managing Enterprise customer accounts.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • Ability to travel when necessary.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, JIRA, Excel, and G-Suite.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker is a plus.
  • Analytical, metrics-driven work style.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, develop action plans, and lead teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative, driven, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with ambiguity.
  • Passion for e-commerce and new technology.
  • Background in e-commerce, payments, fraud, or data science is preferred.
