Description

  • Expand partner-sourced bookings within UKG Ready and UKG PRO.
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market plans with UKG to drive pipeline growth.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities within the UKG and reseller customer bases and their ecosystem.
  • Develop scalable co-sell motions with channel pre-sales and Sales to accelerate deal cycles.
  • Track partner performance metrics such as pipeline contribution, win rates, and ARR influenced.
  • Drive integration-based value propositions aligned with Schoox’s learning platform and UKG solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to position Schoox within the UKG ecosystem.
  • Launch joint campaigns, webinars, marketplace promotions, and account-based initiatives.
  • Equip partners with sales enablement materials and ROI messaging.
  • Represent Schoox at UKG, reseller, and industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or indirect revenue roles in Enterprise and Mid-market SaaS.
  • Proven success managing and growing OEM and reseller partnerships.
  • Direct experience with UKG solutions such as UKG Pro or UKG Ready preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable partner-sourced revenue.
  • Strong understanding of HCM, HR technology, or workforce management ecosystems.
  • Executive-level relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in learning technology, talent development, or workforce enablement platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with UKG Marketplace strategy and integration frameworks preferred.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS environments preferred.
  • Ability to work toward partner-driven ARR, OEM revenue expansion, joint GTM campaigns, ROI, and attach-rate targets.
