Description

  • Execute multi-channel digital and account-based marketing campaigns across paid media, email, content syndication, and ABM platforms.
  • Build and launch campaigns in Demandbase, Folloze, Salesforce, and related marketing systems.
  • Set up campaign structure, including audience segmentation, list uploads, routing logic, and quality assurance checks.
  • Ensure campaigns are tracked, attributed, and measured accurately for performance reporting.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities using engagement and pipeline data.
  • Maintain campaign data hygiene and alignment with CRM and reporting standards.
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Marketing Operations to execute programs smoothly.
  • Troubleshoot campaign execution issues and coordinate with Operations on system-level support when needed.
  • Validate campaign data and performance metrics to support reporting on pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or campaign management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Demandbase, Folloze, Salesforce, and marketing automation or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of ABM program mechanics and account lifecycle engagement.
  • Experience managing campaign setup, tracking parameters, and CRM alignment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong QA and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
  • Experience in systems-focused marketing execution is preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $60,000 - $80,000.
  • Restricted stock options may be included in the compensation package.
