Description

  • Launch, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Meta/Facebook, and in-app networks.
  • Own app unit economics by analyzing and optimizing LTV, CAC, retention, and related performance metrics.
  • Allocate and manage user acquisition budgets in line with revenue goals.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency and lower acquisition costs.
  • Test and iterate creatives in collaboration with design teams to produce high-converting assets.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance against key KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Conduct in-depth research with data analysts to evaluate performance trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze competitors and market dynamics to identify ways to improve campaign efficiency and app conversion rates.
  • Oversee the performance of external agencies and third-party vendors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid mobile user acquisition.
  • Practical experience with Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, and Meta/Facebook is required.
  • Strong expertise in mobile analytics, including AppsFlyer, SKAN, mobile attribution, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and unit economics.
  • Experience managing large budgets, starting from $35k per month.
  • Prior company-side experience, not agency-side, in high-transaction industries such as travel, e-commerce, fintech, or marketplaces.
  • End-to-end ownership of user acquisition with demonstrable impact on business performance.
  • Confident written and spoken English at B2/C1 level.
  • Experience working in international teams.
  • ASO experience is a plus.
  • SQL and data skills are a plus.
  • Experience launching multi-geo campaigns is a plus.
  • Vendor and agency networking experience is a plus.
  • Self-driven, highly autonomous, product-oriented, and results-oriented mindset.
