Description

  • Build and run the team’s operating system, including accountability charts, scorecards, meeting rhythms, dashboards, priorities, rocks, and reporting.
  • Hire, lead, and hold accountable the team supporting social growth, LinkedIn, podcasts, speaking outreach, EOS pipeline, community, content, AI automation, and executive support.
  • Use AI and automation to speed up workflows, improve SOPs, create dashboards, support content, manage follow-up, and reduce manual work.
  • Turn annual goals into weekly execution plans, scorecards, and measurable actions across growth, bookings, revenue, and team delivery.
  • Protect Calvin’s time and focus by managing updates, follow-ups, priorities, and execution details.
  • Inspect work, coach team members, challenge excuses, and step in to execute when needed.
  • Track performance against key outcomes and identify problems early so they can be fixed quickly.
  • Coordinate and improve execution across content, sales, podcasting, speaking, community, and operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading others, with at least 7 people managed at the same time.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, chief of staff, growth ops, founder support, executive ops, agency ops, creator ops, or a similar execution-heavy role.
  • Experience leading weekly team meetings where people report numbers, progress, issues, and next actions.
  • Experience giving direct accountability feedback and handling missed deadlines, underperformance, or excuses.
  • Experience building and managing a weekly scorecard, KPI dashboard, project tracker, or reporting system.
  • Experience managing at least 5 active projects or workstreams at the same time.
  • 2+ years of experience working directly with a creator, coach, consultant, or similar founder.
  • Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, or n8n, plus experience building at least 3 real workflows, automations, SOPs, dashboards, or reporting systems.
  • Real familiarity with at least 3 of these areas: social media growth, LinkedIn growth, podcast operations, sales pipeline/CRM management, online courses/Skool/community, or speaking/event outreach.
  • Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and lead meetings.
  • Ability to work full-time, overlap with U.S. business hours for at least 50% of the day, and respond during off-hours when needed.
  • Ability to start within 14 days of receiving an offer.
  • Willingness to submit the required video application and share a LinkedIn profile.
  • Comfort with $2,000 USD/month base pay and performance bonuses up to $12,000 USD for 2026.
  • Ability to use or learn tools such as Google Workspace, ClickUp/Asana/Notion/Trello, CRM tools like Zoho/HubSpot/Pipedrive, and platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Skool, Systeme.io, Metricool, Canva, Descript, or Riverside.
