Description

  • Engage inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and messages to schedule discovery calls with Sales Managers.
  • Evaluate lead quality quickly and determine whether prospects should be passed, held, or escalated.
  • Maintain accurate lead records in HubSpot or another CRM, including notes, statuses, and follow-up reminders.
  • Follow structured outreach sequences and drip campaigns while escalating blockers promptly.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to prioritize high-potential leads for outreach.
  • Track and report daily outreach activity, conversion rates, and scheduled appointments to management.
  • Proactively follow up with prospects to prevent leads from going cold.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects throughout the qualification process.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales in US-aligned B2B or high-ticket services.
  • Proven ability to make independent lead-qualification decisions without daily supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in phone, Zoom, and email outreach.
  • Comfortable managing multiple lead sources, high-volume outreach, and strict processes.
  • High attention to detail with no tolerance for lost or mismanaged lead data.
  • Must be available during US-aligned business hours for calls and virtual collaboration.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM.
  • Experience with Kixie or another VoIP dialer.
  • Experience with Zoom or Google Meet.
  • Experience with Google Workspace tools such as Sheets, Docs, and Gmail.
