Description

  • Lead the technical delivery of IGA solutions from design through production deployment.
  • Translate functional and business requirements into technical designs, data schemas, connector logic, and workflows.
  • Configure and customize the IGA platform to support identity lifecycle automation and secure access control.
  • Develop custom connectors and orchestrate joiner-mover-leaver processes.
  • Establish secure integrations between the IGA platform and target systems such as Active Directory, HRIS, cloud applications, and databases.
  • Design and lead technical testing activities and manage production migrations.
  • Lead code reviews, define development best practices, and mentor junior implementation engineers.
  • Design and build automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows and self-service access request portals.
  • Implement segregation of duties rules, birthright access policies, and certification campaigns.
  • Develop API-based and flat-file integrations for connected and disconnected applications.
  • Act as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex synchronization and performance issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience delivering solutions with enterprise IGA tools such as Saviynt, SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow, or Oracle.
  • Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or PowerShell for custom rule development.
  • Strong understanding of LDAP, SQL, SCIM, JSON, and XML.
  • Experience integrating with enterprise applications such as SAP, SFDC, Workday, and Oracle E-Business Suite/Fusion.
  • Deep knowledge of OAuth2, SAML, and OIDC protocols.
  • Professional-level certification in a major IGA platform is preferred.
  • CISSP or CISM certification is desired but not required.
  • Security and privacy literacy and awareness training must be completed during onboarding and annually thereafter.
  • Ability to review and adhere to information security and privacy policies and procedures as required.
