Description

  • Lead customer operational and workflow discovery, including current-state and future-state mapping.
  • Design and configure PackageX workflows, rules, forms, logic, automations, and solution components.
  • Set up, test, and technically validate pilots while troubleshooting workflow, data, integration, and operational issues.
  • Own enterprise opportunities and customer relationships from discovery through pilot, commercial close, and implementation transition.
  • Develop relationships with operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate technical solutions into operational outcomes and measurable business value.
  • Document requirements, assumptions, dependencies, configuration logic, and implementation decisions.
  • Build reusable workflow playbooks by industry and use case.
  • Identify and manage technology partner relationships.
  • Travel to customer sites for walkthroughs, workflow mapping, pilot support, executive readouts, and go-live activities.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, technical sales, solutions architecture, or technology consulting.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and owning substantive customer relationships.
  • Experience configuring or implementing enterprise software from sales discovery through solution design and go-live.
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows, systems, data flows, integrations, and implementation dependencies.
  • Comfort with APIs, integrations, configuration logic, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to connect technical solutions to operational outcomes and business value.
  • Strong commercial aptitude, including qualification, executive engagement, opportunity progression, and closing.
  • Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to create structure in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and work directly with customers in the field.
  • Experience with logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, or physical retail operations is preferred.
  • Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP, NetSuite, AS400, SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, AI, computer vision, workflow automation, robotics, IoT, or physical AI is a plus.
  • U.S.-based availability with regular customer-site travel required.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $150,000–$175,000.
  • Performance-based bonus and expected total compensation of $200,000–$250,000 OTE.
