Description

Serve as the primary internal and external expert on Cresta’s AI Agent capabilities.
Partner with Core Solutions Engineers to shape and own the AI Agent technical narrative.
Design and facilitate customer workshops to identify use cases, define scope, and establish implementation paths.
Lead technical discovery of AI Agent use cases, integration requirements, and API feasibility.
Own complex, high-stakes AI Agent demonstrations with the Core SE team.
Engage early in opportunities to qualify and structure AI Agent deals.
Build ROI models and business cases with Sales Directors and Core SEs.
Collaborate with Forward Deployed Product Managers and Engineers to support pre-sale-to-deployment handoffs.
Provide structured product and engineering feedback based on customer opportunities and agent performance.
Improve SE team fluency through enablement, playbooks, and coaching.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, including 1–3 years in enterprise pre-sales.
Hands-on experience designing, building, or selling AI Agents or agentic AI systems.
Familiarity with agent frameworks, orchestration patterns, and LLM-based architectures.
Practical understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and enterprise AI workflows.
Experience with conversational AI, contact center platforms, or voice and chat automation.
Ability to explain complex AI concepts and connect technical solutions to business value.
Strong workshop facilitation, collaboration, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Highly organized, prepared, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Python experience for prototyping, scripting, or demo customization preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce and enterprise contact center technologies preferred.
