Description

  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performing Solutions Architecture team across EMEA.
  • Own the regional Solutions Architecture engagement model in partnership with EMEA Sales leadership.
  • Establish priorities, operating mechanisms, coverage models, and performance expectations.
  • Hire, develop, and retain senior technical professionals and future leaders.
  • Engage CIOs, CTOs, infrastructure and AI/ML leaders, and other senior stakeholders at strategic customers and partners.
  • Represent EMEA customer needs internally and inform Nebius’s Product and Technology roadmap.
  • Shape the organization’s specialization, structure, and ownership model as the business scales.

Requirements

  • Proven people-management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing senior technical professionals and leaders.
  • Experience leading customer-facing technical teams distributed across multiple EMEA countries and markets.
  • Track record building, scaling, and operating Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Customer Engineering, or similar organizations.
  • Strong player-coach ability across organizational strategy, talent development, and strategic customer engagements.
  • Deep understanding of the EMEA technology market and experience working across countries, cultures, customer segments, and market maturity levels.
  • Ability to influence C-level stakeholders across both technical and business aspects of complex engagements.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing environment with evolving structures and responsibilities.
  • Understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, security, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in public cloud, GPU-based infrastructure, accelerated computing, AI/ML workloads, distributed AI infrastructure, MLOps, or large-scale compute economics is preferred.
