Description

  • Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations to business and technical customer audiences.
  • Conduct technical discovery, needs assessments, consultations, and customer support for prospective and existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute proof of concepts, including scope management and delivery.
  • Partner with Sales Directors, Regional VPs, and global bid teams to prioritize opportunities and drive them to closure.
  • Prepare and curate technical responses to RFPs and other RFx requests.
  • Communicate solution value and address customer requirements and technical inquiries.
  • Provide field feedback and competitive intelligence to product management, solutions strategy, and marketing teams.
  • Contribute to product marketing materials, including white papers, solution briefs, webinars, and blogs.
  • Mentor and coach Solutions Engineers on demonstrations, RFP responses, presentations, customer influence, and POC execution.
  • Travel internationally across the DACH region up to 60% of the time.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English; additional European languages are preferred.
  • At least 5 years of Solutions Engineering experience with cloud security, privileged access management, application GRC, and/or identity governance and administration solutions.
  • Domain expertise in Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, Application GRC, and/or Cloud Security.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field, or equivalent knowledge demonstrated through certifications such as ISACA, (ISC)², AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Security Engineer.
  • Must be based in Munich, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, or elsewhere in Germany and able to travel up to 60% across DACH.
  • Experience with identity governance concepts including identity lifecycle, entitlements, access requests, workflows, policies and roles, certifications, audit, reporting, analytics, and deployment scenarios.
  • Experience querying relational databases, including MySQL and Elasticsearch, and working with REST APIs, PowerShell, and GraphAPI.
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization standards, including SAML, OAuth 2, SCIM, OpenID, WS-Trust, SPNEGO, x.509, SPML, Kerberos, REST, and JSON.
  • Knowledge of data governance, GDPR, CCPA, and security/compliance frameworks such as SOX, NERC-CIP, HIPAA, COBIT, CIS, NIST, PCI, and Cloud Security Alliance.
  • Experience with identity directories and platforms such as Azure AD, Okta, JumpCloud, OneLogin, PingDirectory, Active Directory, eDirectory, Oracle Internet Directory, or Radiant Logic.
