Description

  • Serve as the chief technologist and trusted technical advisor for customer accounts.
  • Lead technical discussions and demonstrate how Exein solutions meet customer requirements.
  • Engage new and existing customers to understand their requirements and deployment environments.
  • Deliver software solutions that meet customer needs and specifications.
  • Provide post-deployment support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Partner with Sales Account Managers and R&D teams to coordinate customer engagements and integrations.
  • Document customer feedback and plan new features and requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate technical sales risks that affect account plans.
  • Create technical proposals, presentations, demos, and customer workshops.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Linux/Yocto, ESP32, Zephyr, and other embedded build systems.
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience developing custom integration software for embedded systems.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and device deployment environments.
  • Fluent English and strong communication skills for liaising between customers and R&D teams.
  • Knowledge of the full embedded-product lifecycle, from early discussions through post-deployment support.
  • Ability to translate technical knowledge into proposals, presentations, standard demos, and workshops.
  • Experience in a cybersecurity company (preferred).
  • Experience with low-level programming and security technology integration (preferred).
  • Knowledge of additional embedded systems and build environments (preferred).

Benefits

  • Salary range of $180,000-$230,000 depending on qualifications.
