Description

  • Own end-to-end technical implementation of identity security solutions from requirements gathering through deployment.
  • Lead solution design for complex Identity Governance and Administration implementations aligned to enterprise architecture and security best practices.
  • Make and guide architectural decisions, including design standards, integration patterns, and scalability considerations.
  • Provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage communication and alignment with technical and non-technical stakeholders across internal teams, customers, and partners.
  • Identify technical risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges and drive mitigation plans.
  • Conduct implementation reviews, compare solution options, and provide strategic technical recommendations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on identity security strategy, roadmaps, and best practices.
  • Guide and mentor engineers and consultants to promote technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • Support integrations with enterprise platforms such as ERP, HR, and ITSM systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience leading and delivering complex Identity Governance and Administration implementations.
  • Hands-on expertise in one or more leading IGA platforms.
  • Strong consulting and advisory skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Deep understanding of identity governance principles, processes, and best practices in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication and technical presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery.
  • Strong solution architecture experience, including microservices, integration patterns, and enterprise system design.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write complex queries.
  • Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, REST and SOAP web services, and system integration.
  • Solid understanding of network fundamentals, cryptography, certificates, and Unix/Linux environments, including shell scripting.
  • Strong knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory, and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and SCIM.
  • Experience integrating with enterprise and cloud platforms such as SAP, ERP systems, Workday, and ServiceNow.
  • Experience with AWS and Azure is a plus.
