Description

  • Embed with clients to understand and redesign real-world business workflows from first principles.
  • Develop working fluency in client domains such as insurance underwriting, healthcare revenue cycle, and asset flow.
  • Design, build, and deploy production GenAI, LLM, agentic AI, and RAG systems in customer environments.
  • Define evaluation criteria and build evaluation harnesses to guide system design and release decisions.
  • Write production code across AI applications, backend services, and data pipelines.
  • Deploy and hand over maintainable cloud-native systems using containers, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and AWS or client-required cloud platforms.
  • Adapt industry AI Blueprints to each client and feed field learnings back into shared baseline solutions.
  • Lead architecture reviews, create technical design documents, contribute engineering standards, and mentor teammates.
  • Own technical direction for proposals and scoping, including phased delivery plans, estimates, dependencies, risks, and operating costs.
  • Drive customer adoption and change management while communicating technical solutions in terms of business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience building and operating production systems.
  • Experience designing and shipping production LLM applications and agentic workflows, beyond demos, POCs, or notebooks.
  • Strong AI/ML fundamentals, including the ability to assess model behavior and failure modes.
  • Experience with LLM APIs such as Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI, plus agent frameworks.
  • Production experience building and optimizing RAG systems.
  • Expertise in agentic orchestration, including multi-step or graph-based workflows, tool use, state management, and partial-failure recovery.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
  • Hands-on AWS production experience with services such as Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, and ECR; GCP or Azure experience is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud-native delivery, including containers, ECS or Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD for AI pipelines.
  • Experience building or owning evaluation suites for non-deterministic systems, including ground truth and release gates.
  • Knowledge of model and agent monitoring, drift detection, cost optimization, and latency management.
  • B2+ English and the ability to work proactively with ambiguity, senior stakeholders, and distributed multicultural teams.
  • Experience with Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files, spec-driven development, MCP, or authored MCP servers is preferred.
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, consulting, customer-facing delivery, leadership roles, AWS or Claude Code certifications, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, Go, Rust, Apache Spark, Airflow, or Kafka is preferred.
