Description

  • Build, develop, retain, and scale the EMEA Solutions Engineering & Strategy team.
  • Partner with Sales Directors and Regional Vice Presidents to prioritize, manage, and close strategic regional opportunities.
  • Lead customer discovery, workshops, and strategy sessions to define business needs, requirements, and deployment approaches.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, positioning Saviynt’s identity and cloud security solutions around business value.
  • Create sales-cycle deliverables including business cases, ROI analyses, cost estimates, scope definitions, and solution documentation.
  • Develop and deliver tailored customer presentations, executive engagements, and public-speaking sessions.
  • Collaborate with product management on RFP responses, field feedback, competitive intelligence, and product marketing content.
  • Partner with delivery teams on pre-sales artifacts, deployment methodologies, and seamless handoffs from sales to implementation.
  • Enable internal teams with consistent messaging, technical expertise, best practices, and solution content.

Requirements

  • Be located in London, the Netherlands, or Germany and able to work remotely with up to 60% domestic travel and occasional international travel.
  • Be fluent in English; additional European languages are preferred.
  • Have at least 5 years of Solutions Engineering management experience supporting cloud security, privileged access management, application GRC, and/or identity governance and administration solutions.
  • Bring domain expertise in privileged access management, identity governance and administration, application GRC, and/or cloud security.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field, or equivalent knowledge through relevant certifications such as ISACA, (ISC)², AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Demonstrate strong customer-facing technical, written, verbal, presentation, public-speaking, and solution-documentation capabilities.
  • Have experience coaching, mentoring, influencing others, and managing technical relationships across prospective and existing accounts.
  • Understand identity governance concepts including identity lifecycle, entitlements, access requests, workflows, policies, roles, certifications, audit, reporting, and deployment scenarios.
  • Have experience with relational database queries, MySQL, Elasticsearch, REST APIs, PowerShell, and GraphAPI.
  • Know authentication and authorization standards such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, OpenID, Kerberos, REST, and JSON, plus data governance, GDPR/CCPA, security frameworks, directory platforms, and basic networking.
