Description

  • Guide the technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across EMEA from discovery through close.
  • Create tailored demonstrations and customer narratives aligned to business outcomes.
  • Lead complex proof-of-concepts, define success criteria, and quantify measurable business value.
  • Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and clear value propositions.
  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives on deal orchestration throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to support smooth post-sales onboarding.
  • Support RFP responses and contribute structured customer feedback to the product roadmap.
  • Engage a range of stakeholders, including digital teams, product teams, architects, developers, and C-level executives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and German; additional European languages are preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Pre-Sales or Solutions Engineering in the SaaS or software sector.
  • Proven success supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles with large enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to engage both technical stakeholders and senior executives, including CIOs and CDOs.
  • Hands-on experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with ROI-based solutioning and business-value communication.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse corporate environments.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple strategic deals.
  • Willingness to travel 25–30% across EMEA.
  • Preferred: experience with Digital Experience Analytics or CXM platforms.
  • Preferred: familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise data architecture, or tagging strategies.
  • Preferred: background in high-growth SaaS or digital transformation consulting.
