Description

  • Guide the technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across EMEA from discovery through close.
  • Create tailored demonstrations and solution narratives that connect the platform to business outcomes.
  • Lead complex proof-of-concepts, define success criteria, and quantify measurable business value.
  • Translate customer needs into scalable technical solution architectures and clear value propositions.
  • Partner with Account Executives on deal orchestration throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to support smooth post-sales onboarding.
  • Support RFP responses and gather customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
  • Engage with a range of stakeholders, including technical teams and C-level executives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Italian; additional European languages are preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise pre-sales or solutions engineering within SaaS or software.
  • Proven success supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles for large enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to engage both technical stakeholders and C-suite executives.
  • Hands-on experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with ROI-based solutioning.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple strategic deals.
  • Willingness to travel 25–30% across EMEA.
  • Experience in digital experience analytics or CXM platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise data architecture, or tagging strategies is preferred.
  • Background in high-growth SaaS or digital transformation consulting is preferred.
