Description

  • Guide the technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across EMEA from discovery through close.
  • Create tailored product demonstrations and narratives aligned to customer business outcomes.
  • Lead complex proof-of-concepts, define success criteria, and quantify business value.
  • Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and clear value propositions.
  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives on deal orchestration throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to support smooth post-sales onboarding.
  • Support RFP responses and other structured sales materials.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to help influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Additional European languages preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Pre-Sales or Solutions Engineering in the SaaS or software sector.
  • Proven success supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles for large enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to engage both technical stakeholders such as architects and developers and executive stakeholders such as CIOs and CDOs.
  • Hands-on experience with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with ROI-based solutioning.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse corporate audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and willingness to travel 25–30% across EMEA.
  • Experience in Digital Experience Analytics or CXM platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise data architecture, or tagging strategies preferred.
  • Background in high-growth SaaS or digital transformation consulting preferred.
