Description

  • Drive annual and quarterly planning by translating leadership priorities into initiatives, objectives, and execution plans.
  • Build and manage leadership agendas, meeting cadences, preparation materials, notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate quarterly business reviews, strategy sessions, and offsites, including materials development and outcome tracking.
  • Maintain decision logs, action trackers, ownership alignment, and risk or issue registers to ensure follow-through.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across development, engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
  • Build and maintain integrated initiative trackers covering milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and owners.
  • Identify bottlenecks proactively and drive resolution plans with accountable owners and timelines.
  • Partner with functional leaders to define and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly executive updates, business reviews, and leadership- or board-ready materials.
  • Develop executive-level communications, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years of experience in energy, infrastructure, corporate strategy, consulting, or program management.
  • Experience supporting senior executives in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong understanding of energy, power, or infrastructure business models and lifecycle from development through operations.
  • Proven ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-threaded initiatives.
  • Strong program management skills, including building trackers, dashboards, and structured reporting outputs.
  • Ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations and executive-ready materials.
  • Financial and commercial acumen to support business cases, prioritization, and trade-off decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including drafting executive communications and facilitating senior-level discussions.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship or transfer; this is a remote role with potential travel once per month.
  • 3-6 month contract consulting role starting as a 1099 consultant, with potential to become temp-to-hire.
