Description

  • Own the operating rhythm for the Ads organization, including team meetings, leadership cadences, and organizational communications.
  • Prepare crisp executive briefings, talking points, and supporting research for major internal and external meetings.
  • Track priority initiatives, surface blockers early, and keep stakeholders aligned to ensure deliverables land on time.
  • Partner with Finance to maintain reliable visibility into workforce and non-workforce spend and support annual planning.
  • Act as a trusted thought partner to the General Manager, providing strategic counsel and execution support.
  • Help strengthen cross-functional alignment across a complex, fast-moving organization.
  • Build and maintain structured processes that improve operational discipline across the Ads team.
  • Represent the GM’s voice in written and verbal communications with senior leaders and partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, corporate tech, or advertising/media, with meaningful exposure to executive audiences.
  • Strong grounding in digital advertising, retail media, or an adjacent business.
  • High EQ and a track record of building trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders.
  • Exceptional analytical ability to turn complex, ambiguous challenges into structured, actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated project management experience managing multiple high-stakes workstreams under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce executive-ready materials.
  • Experience in high-growth, technology-driven companies where ambiguity is the norm, preferred.
  • Comfort building structured processes from scratch to deliver complex, cross-functional objectives at scale, preferred.
  • Direct experience partnering with Finance on budget management and annual business planning, preferred.

  • Base salary range varies by location, from $199,000 to $252,000 USD depending on state group.
