Description

  • Drive execution across Token Factory’s highest-priority initiatives, including product launches, go-to-market programs, strategic partnerships, and organizational priorities.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Developer Relations, and leadership teams to align priorities and keep programs moving quickly.
  • Turn ambiguous goals into structured execution plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and decision points.
  • Build lightweight operating mechanisms that help the organization scale, including dashboards, QBRs, executive reviews, planning processes, and decision frameworks.
  • Translate technical, business, and organizational complexity into concise recommendations and executive-ready communication.
  • Identify risks, remove blockers, and create alignment across teams to accelerate execution.
  • Run reviews, document decisions, and ensure teams follow through and deliver on high-impact initiatives.
  • Work directly with senior leaders on company-defining priorities and help shape strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in strategy, program management, operations, consulting, chief of staff, product operations, or a related role.
  • Ability to take loosely defined problems and independently create structure, priorities, and execution plans.
  • Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing several workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical or organizational topics into concise, decision-ready documents.
  • Execution-oriented and willing to operate at every level, from strategic planning to tactical follow-through.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Experience working with technical products, AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
  • Authorization to work in the country of application and ability to provide proof of employment eligibility as a condition of hire.
  • Remote work from the United States is welcome.
