Description

  • Lead end-to-end change management for Operations initiatives and cross-functional programs, including system rollouts, process redesigns, organizational changes, and AI/automation deployments.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, resistance management plans, and adoption metrics.
  • Partner with project teams to integrate change management activities into program plans from the start.
  • Track and report on adoption and readiness KPIs, identify risks, and adjust plans proactively.
  • Design and deliver training programs that help Operations teams adopt new tools, systems, and ways of working.
  • Build scalable enablement assets such as playbooks, quick reference guides, e-learning modules, and live training sessions.
  • Develop communications plans that keep impacted teams informed, aligned, and engaged throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Build relationships with functional leaders and frontline stakeholders to surface adoption barriers and co-create solutions.
  • Own projects end-to-end from scoping and stakeholder alignment through execution, launch, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, maintain project plans and RAID logs, and establish repeatable delivery frameworks that scale across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, program management, or organizational effectiveness in operations, supply chain, or a similarly complex environment.
  • Change management certification required, such as Prosci/ADKAR, CCMP, or an equivalent credential.
  • Demonstrated ability to run projects end-to-end with ownership of scope, timeline, resource coordination, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch stabilization.
  • Proven experience leading change on large-scale system implementations or process transformation initiatives across multiple teams or functions with measurable adoption outcomes.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP and CRM platforms such as Salesforce in change, training, or process design contexts.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet to plan, track, and report on complex programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready materials, change impact assessments, and frontline training content.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority, build trust quickly, and drive alignment across organizational boundaries and leadership levels.
  • Experience designing and delivering scalable end-user training programs across live sessions, e-learning, and self-serve reference materials.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI or automation tool rollouts and the change dynamics they create is preferred.
  • Experience building enablement programs within a technology or hardware company is preferred.

  • Annual base salary range of $79,730 to $120,600 USD.
