Description

  • Own end-to-end logistics for industry conferences, hosted events, and webinars, including registration, vendor management, run-of-show, and attendee experience.
  • Support remote and on-site event execution and resolve issues in real time to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and manage event briefs, contracts, timelines, and checklists.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, speakers, vendors, and agency partners to execute events on time and on brand.
  • Communicate status updates and key milestones to stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Support social media campaigns and promotional content that increase event awareness and attendance.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align event initiatives with lead generation goals and pipeline impact.
  • Ensure high-quality leads are captured, routed, and nurtured through coordinated funnel efforts.
  • Assist in planning and delivering multi-touch integrated campaigns across email, web, paid media, social media, and direct mail.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, gather data and feedback, and use findings to assess ROI and improve future events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of event marketing experience, preferably in B2B and/or startups.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and stay within budget.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Ability to analyze event success using data and metrics.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, and LinkedIn for Business is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel when needed, up to twice per quarter.
