Description

  • Create and lead programs that transform marketing and sales development using AI initiatives such as AI SDRs and agentic campaign production.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of marketing operations programs, including communications, milestone tracking, cross-functional coordination, and roadmap updates.
  • Serve as process owner for campaign execution workflows across email, landing pages, and paid media.
  • Scope campaign requirements, assess complexity, and lead capacity planning to support timely execution across teams and regions.
  • Advise on best practices in Marketo and Braze, including automation, scalability, operational design, and the creation of reusable nurture and trigger campaigns.
  • Own prospect data programs, including database growth strategy, data hygiene, deduplication, and compliance.
  • Manage sales contact data completeness and enrichment workflows in partnership with Sales Development and Sales Operations.
  • Lead programs to solve recurring operational issues by defining objectives, success metrics, and repeatable processes.
  • Partner with Engineering to define business requirements, coordinate discovery, and translate operational needs into internal product requirements.
  • Coordinate pilots, review cycles, and feedback collection, then summarize changes, flag launch blockers, and escalate risks as needed.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, campaign management, or related program management in a high-growth technology environment.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM platforms, prospect data, and lead management.
  • 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end cross-functional programs involving marketing, sales, and engineering.
  • Experience building AI agents and using AI daily beyond chat, with examples of deployed agents.
  • 3+ years of experience conducting analysis using queries, dashboards, and AI, with collaboration experience alongside analysts and data scientists.
  • 3+ years of experience defining scope and goals and delivering with a distributed, global team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex operational concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience managing prospect or marketing database programs, including data enrichment, hygiene, and growth using first-party and third-party sources, preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce, including lead and contact management, campaign attribution, and marketing-to-sales data flows, preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience with Marketo or Braze audience and campaign design and production, preferred.
  • Experience selecting and managing third-party data providers for B2B contact enrichment and prospecting, preferred.
  • Experience implementing AI tools to improve marketing operations workflows and productivity, preferred.
  • Experience working with global teams on a day-to-day basis, preferred.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks related to prospect data acquisition and marketing database management, preferred.
  • Experience in the financial services, payments, or B2B software industries, preferred.
