Description

  • Own the global lead funnel architecture, including lead ingestion, routing logic, channel setup, data enrichment, and SLA governance.
  • Analyze funnel conversion performance across regions and segments, then prioritize and lead improvement initiatives through measurable impact.
  • Design and implement scalable process and systems improvements that support Samsara’s growth across markets.
  • Build and maintain reporting that gives marketing and sales leadership clear visibility into pipeline generation performance.
  • Serve as a cross-functional partner to Sales, Sales Operations, Account Development, Marketing, and Engineering on operational issues and improvements.
  • Build AI-powered workflows and automation to reduce repetitive lead flow tasks and improve operating efficiency.
  • Identify gaps proactively, frame issues clearly, and bring recommended solutions to cross-functional conversations.
  • Support ADR Managers and Marketing Campaign owners with questions on lead quality, performance measurement, and system behavior.
  • Use stakeholder feedback to continuously improve lead operations, processes, and reporting.
  • Role model Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, Analytics, or a closely related B2B go-to-market role.
  • Advanced proficiency with LeanData for lead routing and Salesforce, including the Lead, Contact, Account, Campaign, Activity, and Opportunity data models.
  • Strong command of funnel dynamics, measurement, and analytics, with the ability to diagnose conversion issues and present data-driven recommendations.
  • Clear, structured communication and strong stakeholder management skills across GTM functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to own cross-functional programs end-to-end with minimal direction.
  • Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work, such as Salesforce Einstein, Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
  • Comfort working as a consumer of Databricks for queries, data pulls, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Familiarity with Tableau for dashboards and funnel reporting.
  • Experience with marketing automation and sales engagement platforms such as Marketo and Gong.
  • Experience with automation and workflow tools such as Gumloop, Zapier, Clay, and Airtable.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $105,315 to $159,300 USD.
