Description

  • Architect deals that align Samsara’s AI Products with customer use cases to maximize value and return on investment.
  • Co-develop new product pipeline with ADRs and AEs across high-potential AI-ready accounts.
  • Drive high-touch pilot strategy and define success metrics for early customer adoption.
  • Partner with GTM and Product teams to share customer insights and help shape the roadmap.
  • Build frameworks, assets, and insights that can be scaled across the sales organization.
  • Support complex enterprise selling through strategic co-selling with the broader account team.
  • Lead deal execution across multi-stakeholder buying processes in complex accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in complex, full-cycle enterprise sales.
  • 2+ years of direct experience selling in AI-based commercial models such as Snowflake, AWS, Twilio, or AI-native platforms.
  • Consistent quota overachievement in complex accounts with $500k+ ARR transactions.
  • Proven success navigating 6- and 7-figure deals involving Legal, Procurement, InfoSec, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience selling Version 1.0 products where the playbook is still being developed.
  • Experience working in a specialist or overlay co-selling model with a mainline AE team, preferred.
  • 4+ years of direct experience selling AI-based commercial models with a strong understanding of forecasting and expansion mechanics, preferred.
  • Strong grasp of AI/ML concepts and how AI Products differ from standard automation, preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the specified location and able to work remotely from the United States.
