Description

  • Lead high-impact strategic initiatives such as launching new pricing models and new benefit types.
  • Serve as the lead business owner for AI initiatives within pricing and discount strategy, working with Analytics and Product to adapt AI use cases.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for Product teams.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate and refine pricing and discount approaches.
  • Maintain and evolve the global pricing and discount playbook and best practices.
  • Scale successful AI initiatives such as anomaly detection, synthetic sampling, and predictive analytics across markets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Marketing Analytics, Paid Marketing, and multiple countries.
  • Help automate market-specific pricing insights to support faster decision-making.
  • Identify, test, and iterate on new incentive structures and price/discount levers.
  • Bridge high-level commercial strategy with technical automation and implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or a high-growth tech environment.
  • Experience in Pricing, Business Analytics, or Strategy is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience building AI solutions for business workflows is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python or R, and Tableau.
  • Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI-based workflow tools to optimize internal processes.
  • Proven experience working with Product, Marketing, and Data Science teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to connect business needs with technical implications.
