Description

  • Develop executive-level relationships within strategic named accounts.
  • Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification through close.
  • Execute solution-based sales processes in complex sales campaigns.
  • Drive revenue growth in new and existing major accounts.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally and opens new offices.
  • Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to build and expand pipeline.
  • Collaborate with customers across complex enterprise buying processes.
  • Build and maintain trusted customer relationships over time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role with enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of consistently overachieving quota in complex accounts and $500k+ ARR transactions.
  • Experience managing enterprise deal sizes and C-level relationships.
  • Willingness and comfort with strategic outbound prospecting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with line-of-business stakeholders such as Operations, Finance, and IT is preferred.
  • Recognition for top achievement, such as President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, or Top 10%, is preferred.
  • Passion for the world of operations is preferred.
  • This is a remote role open to candidates residing in the US and requires living in the EST timezone.
